Affiliate Program Agreement
Version 1.0 - effective July 22, 2026
Every affiliate promotion is advertising. Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship and may describe Nordfunded only as a simulated trading evaluation service. Affiliates may not promise funding, income, payouts or trading with customer-accessible real capital.
This Affiliate Program Agreement governs participation in the Nordfunded affiliate programme. It forms a contract between SIA NordF and the person or entity accepted as an affiliate. It should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Parties and contact information
The programme operator and commission payer is SIA NordF, trading as Nordfunded, registration number 50203736551, registered at Vesetas iela 24-45, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia.
- Affiliate, payment and complaint enquiries: [email protected]
- Privacy enquiries: [email protected]
- Website: nordfunded.com
The affiliate must provide an accurate legal name, residence or incorporation country, contact details, payout details, tax information and any verification information reasonably required to administer the programme. A VAT number must be provided where applicable.
2. Acceptance and saved agreement
Participation begins only after Nordfunded accepts the affiliate and the affiliate accepts this Agreement and the commission rate shown for the account. The accepted version, commission plan and acceptance date govern qualifying referrals made while that version is in force.
Nordfunded should make a downloadable or emailable copy available when an affiliate joins. A public webpage may be updated, but an update does not retroactively change commission already generated by a qualifying purchase.
3. Eligibility and enrolment
- The affiliate must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this Agreement.
- The affiliate must act lawfully in every country where content is published or directed.
- Nordfunded may request identity, residence, business, tax or payout verification before activation or payment.
- Nordfunded may reject an application where there is a sanctions, fraud, brand-safety, compliance or conflict-of-interest concern.
- Acceptance into the programme does not guarantee traffic, sales, commission or continued participation.
4. Independent contractor relationship
The affiliate acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, broker, investment adviser, representative or partner authorised to bind Nordfunded. The affiliate may not accept customer money, collect credentials, approve challenges, promise exceptions, reinstate accounts, decide refunds or make payout commitments on Nordfunded's behalf.
5. Required advertising disclosure
Every post, video, livestream, story, email, article, comparison, community message or other communication containing an affiliate link or code must clearly state that it is advertising and that the affiliate may receive commission. The disclosure must be easy to notice before or beside the promotional claim or link. It must not be hidden after a read-more control, among unrelated hashtags or only on a profile page.
- Video and livestream promotions must include a visible disclosure and a clear spoken disclosure near the beginning and when the promotion is repeated.
- Temporary stories must display the disclosure clearly for the full promotional frame.
- The disclosure must use the same language as the promotion.
- Platform advertising tools, such as a paid-partnership label, should be used where available but may not replace clear wording where local law requires more.

For Latvian-language campaigns, clear labels such as #reklāma, #apmaksāts_saturs or #sponsorēts_saturs should be used. Vague wording such as collaboration, partner or thanks alone is not sufficient.
6. Approved service claims
Affiliates must use current information supplied by Nordfunded. The following claims are approved at the effective date, provided they are presented accurately and with any relevant conditions:
| Topic | Approved wording |
|---|---|
| Service model | Nordfunded provides simulated trading evaluations and simulated funded-stage accounts. |
| Challenge fee | The fee purchases access to an evaluation service. It is not a deposit, investment or contribution of trading capital. |
| Displayed balance | Displayed account balances are simulated and are not customer funds. |
| Trading activity | Simulated trades are generally not customer orders sent to an exchange. |
| Payouts | Payouts are contractual rewards calculated by reference to eligible simulated performance and the applicable agreement. |
| Standard challenge | The current standard challenge uses a 10% profit target, 6% maximum drawdown and 4% daily drawdown, subject to the plan shown at purchase. |
| Standard commission | The current standard affiliate commission is 10% of the qualifying purchase price. A different rate applies only when shown in the affiliate dashboard or confirmed in writing. |
Prices, account sizes, rules, payout timing and commission rates may change for future purchases. Affiliates must check the current website or dashboard before publishing and must correct outdated material when notified.
7. Prohibited and unsupported claims
Trade Nordfunded's real money or real capital
Guaranteed funding, guaranteed payout or guaranteed income
Risk-free profit, passive income, easy money or anyone can pass
Investment opportunity, investment account or customer deposit
Licensed investment platform, regulated broker, exchange or financial institution unless Nordfunded has supplied current written evidence for that exact claim
No risk, no possibility of failure or any claim that understates challenge failure risk
The best, safest, most trusted or highest-paying firm without current and supportable comparative evidence
Fabricated, edited or misleading payout, balance, profit or account screenshots
Affiliates may express genuine opinions, but factual and comparative claims must be accurate, current and supportable. A personal opinion label does not protect a false factual statement.
8. Marketing channels and approval
Affiliates may use their own websites, organic social media, videos, livestreams, communities and consent-based newsletters, subject to this Agreement. Paid search, paid social, native advertising, retargeting, display advertising, sponsored articles, browser extensions or other automated acquisition methods require prior written approval from Nordfunded.
Without written approval, an affiliate must not:
- bid on Nordfunded, Nord Funded or confusing spelling variations in paid search;
- use Nordfunded in a domain, subdomain, application name, social handle or display URL;
- create a page, account or advertisement that appears to be an official Nordfunded property or customer-support channel;
- use undisclosed redirects, pop-unders, forced clicks, browser injections or traffic laundering;
- publish an advertisement that has been rejected or materially altered after approval.
9. No spam or unsolicited communication
Affiliates must not send promotional email, SMS, automated messages or individually directed direct messages without legally valid prior consent. Commercial messages must identify the advertiser, state the offer accurately and provide a working way to refuse future messages.
- No purchased or scraped contact lists.
- No mass unsolicited direct messaging.
- No hidden or misleading sender identity.
- No invalid reply address or ignored unsubscribe request.
- No claim that Nordfunded supplied or authorised an unlawful contact list.
10. Restricted jurisdictions and audiences
Affiliates may promote only in jurisdictions that Nordfunded currently accepts and that are included in an approved campaign or confirmed in writing. Affiliates must not target sanctioned territories, prohibited countries, people under 18 or an audience for which the service or its advertising would require an authorisation that has not been obtained.
Affiliates must not encourage borrowing, use of rent or essential living money, or purchasing as a response to financial hardship. False countdowns, unrealistic luxury claims, shame-based messaging and get-rich-quick content are prohibited.
11. Testimonials, screenshots and personal experience
A testimonial must reflect a genuine experience and must disclose whether the affiliate received a free challenge, enhanced terms, a content fee or another benefit in addition to commission. Demo, internal, test or edited accounts must not be presented as ordinary customer results.
Affiliates must preserve reasonable evidence supporting material performance or payout claims and provide it to Nordfunded on request. Personal results are not typical or guaranteed and must not be presented as a forecast of what another user will achieve.
12. Referral tracking and attribution
The current website uses a referral code in a link such as nordfunded.com/?ref=CODE. Where the visitor gives the required marketing-cookie consent, the first valid referral code may be stored in the nf_ref cookie for up to 30 days. An existing valid referral code is not normally replaced during that period.
- Attribution is not guaranteed across devices, browsers, private browsing, cleared cookies or refused cookie consent.
- Nordfunded does not currently promise fingerprinting or automatic cross-device attribution.
- A copied promo code does not create affiliate attribution unless the platform records it as the affiliate's referral code.
- Click counts may be deduplicated or filtered to remove repeated, automated or invalid traffic.
- Nordfunded may correct an obvious attribution error using reliable account, link and payment records.
13. Qualifying purchases and commission calculation
A qualifying purchase is a challenge purchase that is attributed to an active affiliate, fully paid and confirmed, not a self-referral, not duplicated, and not fraudulent or prohibited by this Agreement. The commission is calculated on the final challenge price actually paid after discounts and before any refunded amount.
The current standard rate is 10%. The affiliate dashboard or a written commission plan controls if an affiliate has a different rate. Commission is recorded in United States dollars and rounded to two decimal places. VAT, sales tax or another separately identified tax is excluded from the commission base where applicable.
A conversion normally appears as pending after the purchased challenge activates. Pending commission is not yet payable and remains subject to payment confirmation, refund, fraud, chargeback and compliance review.
14. Reversals and clawbacks
Nordfunded may reverse or reduce commission only for a documented reason, including:
- a full or partial refund, with the commission reduced proportionately.
- a chargeback, reversed payment or payment-provider dispute.
- a duplicate payment or duplicate conversion.
- a self-referral or an arranged purchase intended primarily to generate commission.
- stolen payment information, account takeover or another proven fraudulent transaction.
- a conversion generated through a serious breach of this Agreement that materially caused the purchase.
An ordinary reversal should be recorded within 120 days of the purchase. A later reversal may occur only where fraud, a legal requirement or a payment dispute is discovered or resolved later. The dashboard or written notice should identify the conversion, amount and general reason. If Nordfunded later wins a chargeback or recovers a reversed payment, the related commission will be reconsidered.
A minor or unrelated policy breach does not automatically justify confiscating all accrued commission. Undisputed commission must continue through the ordinary payment process.
15. Payouts, verification and taxes
The current minimum affiliate payout threshold is $50. Current affiliate payouts are made in crypto, typically using a supported stablecoin and network shown in the payout process. Nordfunded aims to process an approved request within 2 business days, but identity, tax, sanctions, fraud, network or wallet verification may require more time.
- The affiliate must confirm a compatible wallet address and network.
- Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
- Disclosed network or processor fees may be deducted from the payout.
- Nordfunded may require an invoice, self-billing acceptance, tax residence details or identity verification.
- The affiliate is responsible for personal tax compliance, subject to any reporting, withholding or invoicing obligation that legally applies to Nordfunded.
16. Affiliate fraud and prohibited conduct
Affiliates must not engage in:
- cookie stuffing, click injection, fake leads, bot traffic or automated clicks;
- self-referrals, duplicate accounts or arranged related-person purchases intended primarily to earn commission;
- incentivised clicks or purchases unless Nordfunded approved the campaign in writing;
- browser extensions, software or scripts that insert or replace referral codes;
- coupon leakage, attribution manipulation or misleading redirects;
- false reviews, customer impersonation, brand impersonation or fake support;
- use of stolen payment information or fraudulent payout evidence;
- collection of customer funds, passwords, identity documents or wallet private keys.
17. Monitoring, correction and audit
Nordfunded may monitor publicly available affiliate content, campaign destinations, referral quality and programme records. Affiliates must provide reasonable information needed to verify compliance and must not obstruct a lawful review.
A serious misleading, hidden-advertising, fraud, security or prohibited-jurisdiction issue must be removed or corrected as soon as possible and normally within 24 hours after notice. Other outdated or non-compliant material must normally be corrected within 3 business days. Nordfunded may suspend links or campaigns immediately where necessary to protect consumers or the platform.
18. Investigation and affiliate appeal
Where Nordfunded suspects a material breach or invalid conversion, it may temporarily place affected commission or the affiliate account on hold. Where legally and operationally possible, Nordfunded will:
- provide the general reason and identify the affected campaign or transactions;
- preserve relevant tracking, account and payment records;
- allow the affiliate to respond and provide evidence;
- provide a written decision and the main contractual basis;
- have a final appeal reviewed by a person not solely responsible for the initial decision;
- aim to complete an ordinary review within 10 business days or explain why more time is needed.
Submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed decision. Include the affiliate code, affected conversion or payout, relevant dates, explanation and evidence.
19. Data protection and cookies
Nordfunded and an affiliate usually act as separate controllers for personal data each collects for its own website, audience, newsletter or business. The affiliate must provide its own privacy notice, lawful basis, consent controls and security where required.
- Affiliates must collect only data necessary for their own lawful promotion.
- Affiliates must not collect identity documents, payment details, wallet private keys, platform passwords or customer funds for Nordfunded.
- If Nordfunded separately instructs an affiliate to collect leads on its behalf, the parties must first sign any required data-processing or data-sharing terms.
- A suspected personal-data breach affecting Nordfunded referrals or data must be reported to [email protected] without undue delay.
Nordfunded's affiliate cookie is a marketing attribution technology and is set only after the relevant consent where required. Details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
20. Intellectual property
Nordfunded grants an active affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use current approved logos, links and marketing materials solely for compliant programme promotion. No ownership transfers to the affiliate.
- Do not alter logos in a misleading way or imply official-company status.
- Do not register Nordfunded marks, confusing domains, social handles or applications.
- Do not continue using programme materials after termination.
- Do not use outdated prices, rules or screenshots after receiving a correction notice.
The affiliate retains ownership of original affiliate content. The affiliate grants Nordfunded a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost or display compliant programme content only where permission is given through the campaign, dashboard or a separate written request. Nordfunded does not automatically own everything an affiliate publishes.
21. Confidentiality
Non-public commission plans, customer information, security controls, campaign data and business information identified as confidential must be protected and used only for the programme. Confidentiality does not cover information already public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.
22. Suspension and termination
Nordfunded may immediately suspend an affiliate for fraud, brand impersonation, spam, hidden advertising, guaranteed-income claims, prohibited-country targeting, credential collection or a serious security or data breach. For an ordinary non-urgent breach, Nordfunded should provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
Either party may terminate ordinary participation by written notice. On termination, the affiliate must stop using links, codes, confidential information and Nordfunded branding. Qualifying commission generated before termination remains payable after the ordinary validation period, except for amounts affected by a documented reversal, fraud investigation or material breach that caused the conversion.
23. Liability and indemnity
Each party is responsible for its own conduct, legal compliance, systems and representations. The affiliate is responsible for unauthorised claims, unlawful messages, misuse of branding, infringement, data collection and taxes relating to the affiliate's business. Nordfunded remains responsible for the accuracy of official product information it supplies and for paying undisputed commission due under this Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, unlawful personal-data processing, intellectual-property infringement or failure to pay an undisputed contractual amount.
24. Changes to the programme
Nordfunded may change marketing rules immediately where required by law, platform policy, security or consumer protection. Material commission changes will normally receive at least 14 days' notice and apply prospectively. A lower rate does not reduce commission already generated by a qualifying purchase before the new effective date.
The affiliate may terminate before a material prospective change takes effect. Pending and approved commission remains governed by the version and rate applicable when the qualifying purchase occurred.
25. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Send a written programme complaint to [email protected] with the affiliate code, relevant transaction or campaign, dates, evidence and requested outcome. Nordfunded aims to acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
This Agreement is governed by Latvian law. Mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Where no mandatory rule provides otherwise, the competent courts of Latvia have jurisdiction after the parties have first attempted to resolve the dispute through the complaint process.
26. Version history
Check a campaign before publishing
Ask for written approval before paid advertising, unusual claims, country-specific campaigns or content that may be interpreted as financial promotion.
