Legal agreement

    Terms of Use

    Version 1.0 - effective July 22, 2026

    Nordfunded provides simulated trading evaluations and simulated funded-stage accounts. Displayed balances are not customer funds, simulated trades are generally not customer orders sent to an exchange, and payouts are contractual rewards calculated by reference to eligible simulated performance.

    These Terms form a contract between you and SIA NordF when you create an account, purchase a challenge, use the trader platform or accept a Funded Trader Agreement. Read them together with the challenge rules shown at checkout, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and any Funded Trader Agreement that you later accept.

    1. Company and contact information

    The contracting service provider is SIA NordF, trading as Nordfunded, registration number 50203736551, registered at Vesetas iela 24-45, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia.

    References to Nordfunded, we, us or our mean SIA NordF. A payment, hosting or communication provider may process a transaction or technical function, but SIA NordF remains responsible for delivering the challenge service and any contractual payout owed by SIA NordF.

    2. Acceptance and contract formation

    A purchase contract is formed when Nordfunded accepts your order and confirms the challenge. Before payment, you should be shown the selected account size, price, main challenge parameters and links to these Terms and the applicable rules. You must not purchase unless you understand and accept them.

    The version of these Terms and the rule parameters accepted for a purchase apply to that challenge. Nordfunded should provide or make available an order confirmation on a durable medium, such as email, containing the order date, challenge identifier, price and links or copies of the applicable legal documents.

    3. Eligibility and restricted use

    • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
    • You must provide accurate account and verification information.
    • You must not use the service where participation or payment is prohibited by law, sanctions or a restriction shown before purchase.
    • You must use only your own account and must not allow another person to trade, verify or request a payout for you.
    • Business or professional users must have authority to bind the relevant entity and may not receive consumer protections that apply only to natural persons acting outside a trade or profession.

    Nordfunded may require additional information before accepting a purchase or payout. Where a jurisdiction is not supported, Nordfunded should prevent or reject the purchase before collecting a fee where reasonably possible. If Nordfunded accepts a fee and later discovers that service cannot lawfully be provided, the unused portion will be handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

    4. What you purchase

    The challenge fee purchases access to a simulated evaluation service. Depending on the selected plan, the service includes account credentials, a displayed simulated account balance, access to the trading interface, supported instruments, performance calculations, rule monitoring, support and an assessment of eligibility for a simulated funded stage.

    The challenge fee is not a deposit, investment, customer trading capital, financial contribution or money held on your behalf. It does not purchase a guaranteed funded account, payout, income opportunity or return.

    5. Simulated service and regulatory status

    • Challenge accounts are simulated.
    • Funded-stage accounts remain simulated unless you are expressly offered a separate real-account agreement that clearly says otherwise.
    • You do not own the displayed account balance.
    • Simulated profits and losses are performance figures, not assets held for you.
    • Nordfunded does not accept customer trading deposits through the challenge service.
    • Nordfunded does not provide personal investment advice or make trading recommendations.
    • The challenge service is not presented as a brokerage, exchange, investment account, payment account or custody service.

    Nordfunded may analyse simulated trading data for evaluation, risk control, product improvement and fraud prevention. This does not convert your simulated activity into customer orders or give you ownership of any external position. Contractual wording does not determine regulatory classification, and SIA NordF will comply with any licensing or other obligations that are found to apply to its actual activities.

    6. Prices, payment and activation

    The final price is shown before payment. Current purchases are processed through a crypto payment provider. The provider may set an invoice amount, accepted asset, network, exchange rate, confirmation requirement and payment window. A challenge is activated only after the required payment is confirmed.

    You are responsible for sending the correct amount using the asset, address and network shown in the payment instructions. Crypto transactions generally cannot be reversed. A wrong network, wrong address, late payment, underpayment or network fee may prevent automatic activation. Contact support promptly with the transaction identifier if a payment is not recognised.

    7. Rule version and changes

    The challenge parameters displayed and confirmed at purchase are locked to that challenge. Nordfunded will not materially worsen the profit target, drawdown calculation, prohibited-strategy rules or payout conditions for an active challenge unless the change is required by law, clearly benefits you or you expressly accept it.

    Platform-wide security or technical changes may apply immediately where reasonably necessary, but they must not be used to retroactively create a breach. New rule versions may apply to new purchases. Previous versions may be requested from support.

    8. Core challenge rules - Rules version 1.0

    The following rules reflect the current standard challenge shown on the Nordfunded website and platform. A plan-specific confirmation controls where it clearly states a different parameter.

    RuleCurrent standard
    Evaluation modelOne-step simulated trading evaluation
    Profit target10% of the starting simulated balance
    Maximum drawdown6% of the starting simulated balance, measured using account equity
    Daily drawdown4% of the starting simulated balance, measured from the trading-day opening equity
    Trading-day reset15:00 UTC
    Account equityRealised balance plus unrealised profit or loss on open simulated positions, less applicable simulated fees
    Trading periodUnlimited unless the purchased plan clearly states otherwise
    Minimum trading daysNone unless the purchased plan clearly states otherwise
    Leverage1x to 5x on the current platform
    Open and pending positionsMaximum 10 at one time on the current platform
    Profit split80% of eligible funded-stage simulated profit unless the purchased plan or Funded Trader Agreement states otherwise

    Maximum drawdown is static and measured from the starting simulated balance. Daily drawdown is measured from the opening equity of the current trading day, but the permitted loss amount is calculated as a percentage of the original starting simulated balance. Equity includes unrealised profit or loss, so an open position can cause a breach. The trading day resets at 15:00 UTC.

    Simulated market orders currently use external reference prices with modelled execution adjustments and simulated fees. Market data interruptions, stale prices or obvious feed errors are handled under section 16.

    Worked examples

    $10,000 maximum drawdown example

    The maximum loss amount is $600. A breach occurs when equity reaches $9,400 or below, including unrealised losses and applicable simulated fees.

    $10,000 daily drawdown example

    If the trading day opens at $10,300, the daily loss limit is still $400 because the percentage is based on the original $10,000 starting balance. A breach occurs when equity falls to $9,900 or below during that trading day.

    Open-position example

    An unrealised loss can cause a breach before a position is manually closed because the platform checks current equity, not only closed-trade balance.

    9. Supported trading and platform controls

    Supported symbols, order types, leverage and size limits are displayed in the platform. The current platform supports market and limit orders, leverage from 1x to 5x, a minimum simulated order size of $10 and no more than 10 open or pending positions at one time. Platform margin controls may prevent a new position where available simulated margin is insufficient or the account is too close to a drawdown limit.

    Unless a rule shown at purchase says otherwise, there is no minimum number of trading days and no fixed challenge completion deadline. Nordfunded may close or restrict inactive accounts after reasonable notice where needed for security or service administration, without removing an earned and undisputed payout.

    10. Prohibited conduct

    You must not:

    • share, sell, transfer or provide access to your account;
    • use false identity, payment, residence or payout information;
    • interfere with the platform, bypass technical controls or access data without permission;
    • exploit an obvious price-feed error, stale quote, duplicate fill, calculation defect, latency defect or other platform malfunction;
    • manipulate simulated activity through coordinated accounts, artificial transactions or another method intended to defeat the evaluation rather than demonstrate trading performance;
    • use automated tools, bots, scripts or direct API access unless Nordfunded has expressly approved that use in writing;
    • use the service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering or unauthorised payment activity;
    • submit a knowingly false chargeback, refund request, complaint or verification document.

    A restriction must be based on a published rule, objective technical evidence or a material breach of these Terms. Nordfunded will not treat an ordinary profitable strategy as prohibited merely because it is profitable.

    11. Challenge outcomes

    The platform automatically calculates simulated profit, equity, daily loss and maximum drawdown. Reaching the profit target without a rule breach results in a passed challenge, subject to technical verification. Reaching or exceeding a drawdown threshold results in a failed challenge. A failed challenge ends access to trading for that challenge but does not create a debt for simulated losses.

    A system-generated result may be reviewed and corrected where logs show a price-feed, calculation or platform error. Internal records are evidence, but they are not declared final and conclusive where a clear error is shown.

    12. Simulated funded stage and agreement

    Passing a challenge may make you eligible to receive and accept a separate Funded Trader Agreement. Funded-stage activation may require identity verification, contract acceptance and an activation period. Until those steps are complete, a passed challenge does not itself create an active funded-stage account.

    The funded stage remains simulated unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides otherwise. The Funded Trader Agreement may contain stage-specific payout dates, scaling terms and risk rules. It must not retroactively remove a payout already earned under objective conditions.

    13. Payout eligibility and calculation

    Unless the purchased plan or Funded Trader Agreement clearly states otherwise, the trader share is 80% of eligible funded-stage simulated profit. The dashboard and Funded Trader Agreement identify the earliest request date, available payout date settings and the simulated profit eligible for a request.

    Once objective payout conditions are satisfied and required verification is complete, Nordfunded will not reject a payout at sole discretion. A payout may be delayed only for a documented reason such as incomplete identity verification, an unresolved rule breach, account-security concern, sanctions or fraud screening, a payment-network problem, or a material calculation dispute.

    • The payout request page shows the available amount before submission.
    • The user must confirm the crypto asset, network and wallet address.
    • The user bears ordinary receiving-wallet and network compatibility risk after confirming an address.
    • Network fees or processor charges may be deducted where disclosed before transfer.
    • Public blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
    • The user is responsible for personal tax reporting, subject to any reporting or withholding duty that legally applies to Nordfunded.

    Nordfunded currently targets processing approved payouts within 24 to 48 hours, but verification, investigations, weekends, network congestion or provider outages may extend that time. Where a payout is delayed, support will provide the general reason and an expected next review date.

    14. Identity, security and sanctions checks

    Nordfunded may require a full name, date of birth, country, identity document, selfie, wallet address and other proportionate evidence before activating or paying a funded-stage account. These checks protect account ownership, payout security and compliance. Nordfunded does not claim that every identity check is required by anti-money laundering law. The legal basis depends on the actual purpose and applicable law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

    Nordfunded may refuse or pause a transaction where required by sanctions, a binding legal order or credible evidence of account theft or fraud. It will not keep an undisputed payout indefinitely without review.

    15. Investigations and appeals

    Nordfunded may temporarily restrict trading or payout access while investigating a suspected material breach, fraud, sanctions issue, account compromise or platform exploit. Where legally and operationally possible, Nordfunded will:

    • provide the general reason for the restriction;
    • preserve relevant account logs, calculations and transaction records;
    • allow you to provide an explanation and supporting evidence;
    • have the final appeal reviewed by a person who was not solely responsible for the initial decision;
    • provide a written outcome and the main contractual basis for the decision;
    • aim to complete an ordinary review within 10 business days, or explain why more time is reasonably required.

    Submit an appeal to [email protected] with your account email, challenge identifier, disputed event, requested remedy and supporting evidence. Undisputed amounts should not be withheld solely because another amount is disputed.

    16. Platform errors, outages and price-feed issues

    Internet, market-data and software services can fail. Nordfunded will investigate a credible claim that a platform error directly caused an incorrect breach, fill or account calculation. Depending on the evidence and what can reasonably be restored, the remedy may include:

    • correcting the calculation or trade record;
    • restoring the account to the verified state immediately before the error;
    • extending access where time was materially lost;
    • replacing the affected challenge;
    • refunding the unused part of the service where restoration or replacement is not reasonably possible.

    Nordfunded is not required to preserve a gain created solely by an obvious erroneous price or duplicate execution, but it must not enforce a breach created solely by that same error.

    17. Right of withdrawal and refunds

    A qualifying consumer who purchases online generally has 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw, subject to applicable exceptions and the rules for services that begin during the withdrawal period. Details and the withdrawal process are in the Refund Policy.

    Where you expressly request immediate service before the withdrawal period ends, Nordfunded may be entitled to a proportionate amount for service already supplied, to the extent permitted by law. Where the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, a withdrawal right may be lost only where the legally required express request and acknowledgement were obtained. Nothing in these Terms reduces mandatory consumer rights.

    A plan may include reimbursement of the original challenge fee with the first approved payout. That is a plan benefit, not a statement that every failed, used or cancelled challenge is refundable.

    18. Suspension and termination

    Nordfunded may suspend an account during a proportionate investigation. Permanent termination may follow a material breach, fraud, account sharing, sanctions restriction, deliberate platform exploitation or repeated serious misuse. Ordinary challenge failure is governed by the objective challenge rules and is not labelled fraud.

    You may stop using the service and request account closure. Closure does not erase records that must be retained under law or the Privacy Policy. If Nordfunded discontinues an unused challenge without your fault, it will provide restoration, replacement or a proportionate refund. Termination does not remove an undisputed payout that became due before termination.

    19. Intellectual property and trading data

    Nordfunded and its licensors own the website, platform software, branding, interface, educational materials and other protected content. You receive a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

    You retain rights you may have in your own messages, documents and original trading methods. You grant Nordfunded a limited licence to process account and simulated trading data only as needed to operate the challenge, calculate results, prevent fraud, support users, improve the service and comply with law. Nordfunded does not claim ownership of every strategy or idea you use.

    20. Privacy

    Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. That policy explains challenge monitoring, automated calculations, identity documents, wallet data, providers, international transfers, retention and data-protection rights.

    21. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Nordfunded is not responsible for losses caused by your trading decisions, device, connection, wallet error, breach of these Terms or an external event outside reasonable control. Because the trading environment is simulated, a displayed trading loss is not a debt owed by you to Nordfunded.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, a mandatory consumer remedy, unlawful personal-data processing, death or personal injury where legally applicable, or failure to pay an undisputed contractual payout. Any exclusion of indirect or consequential loss applies only to the extent lawful and does not remove the platform-error remedies in section 16.

    22. Complaints and dispute resolution

    Send a written complaint to [email protected]. Include your name, account email, challenge or order identifier, relevant dates, the issue, evidence and requested resolution. Nordfunded aims to acknowledge a complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days. If more time is reasonably needed, Nordfunded will explain why and provide an expected response date.

    A Latvian consumer should first submit a written complaint to Nordfunded. If it is not resolved, the consumer may seek information or assistance from the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre and use any applicable out-of-court dispute process. These Terms do not require consumer arbitration and do not refer to the discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

    23. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Latvian law. This choice does not deprive a qualifying consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits jurisdiction rights available to a consumer under applicable European Union law.

    Where no mandatory consumer jurisdiction rule applies, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Latvia after the parties have first attempted to resolve the matter through the complaint process.

    24. Changes and version history

    Nordfunded may update these Terms for new purchases, legal compliance, security or service changes. Material changes to an ongoing service will be notified through the platform or email where appropriate. A new version does not silently replace the rules governing an already purchased challenge, except as described in section 7.
