Customer Referral Programme Terms

These Terms form an agreement between SIA NordF, trading as Nordfunded, registration number 50203736551, registered at Vesetas iela 24-45, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia, and the Nordfunded account holder who creates, shares or uses a customer referral link. They should be read with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must hold an active Nordfunded account and be legally capable of participating.
• You may refer genuine new users who independently decide whether to purchase a simulated challenge.
• You may not refer yourself, create or control the referred account, or use another identity, email, payment method or account to obtain a reward.
• Nordfunded may require account, identity or ownership verification before issuing or activating a reward.

2. How a referral is attributed

A referral is attributed when a new trader follows the unique customer referral link, chooses referral attribution, registers through that journey and completes a qualifying purchase. The referral link may store a first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days only after the visitor actively agrees to referral attribution. Continuing without attribution remains available.

Attribution may be lost if the visitor declines, deletes or blocks the referral cookie, changes browser or device, registers outside the referral journey, or was already attributed to another referrer. Nordfunded does not promise cross-device attribution and does not manually replace a valid earlier attribution merely because another code is supplied later.

3. Qualifying purchase

A qualifying purchase is the referred trader's first genuine paid Nordfunded challenge that is successfully confirmed and activated. Free, promotional, replacement, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, test, administrative or reward-issued challenges do not qualify.

Only one customer referral reward can arise from a referred trader. A later purchase by the same referred trader does not create an additional reward under this programme.

4. Reward calculation

The reward is one free simulated challenge based on the active challenge catalogue when the qualifying purchase is processed. The standard rule is the next lower active account-size tier. If the referred trader purchases the smallest active tier, the reward is the same smallest tier.

The reward challenge has a zero purchase price, is personal to the referrer, cannot be transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for cash and does not itself generate another referral reward. Its trading rules are the rules attached to that reward challenge when issued.

5. Timing and availability

The platform normally issues an eligible reward automatically after the qualifying paid challenge is confirmed. A temporary technical, fraud-prevention, payment or verification issue may delay issuance. Opening the referral dashboard may trigger an automatic retry. Contact support if a clearly eligible reward remains missing.

Nordfunded may change or discontinue the programme for future referrals. A prospective change will not remove a reward already earned from a qualifying purchase unless the attribution or purchase was fraudulent, reversed or created through prohibited conduct.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use self-referrals, duplicate identities, controlled accounts, false registrations or coordinated purchases;
• misrepresent Nordfunded as providing customer investment capital, guaranteed funding, guaranteed payouts, employment or guaranteed income;
• spam, scrape contact details, buy undisclosed traffic, impersonate Nordfunded or use misleading domains, accounts or advertising;
• offer an unauthorised rebate, cash exchange, sale or transfer of a referral reward;
• interfere with tracking, abuse payment reversals or exploit a technical defect to create attribution or rewards.

Similar device, network, household or payment information may justify review but is not automatically conclusive. Nordfunded will consider the surrounding evidence and allow a reasonable explanation before permanently cancelling a disputed earned reward where practical.

7. Marketing responsibility

A customer sharing a personal link must communicate truthfully. Approved plain-language wording is: “Nordfunded offers simulated crypto trading evaluations. Passing may lead to a simulated funded stage and contractual payouts based on eligible simulated performance.” Do not describe the service as an investment, brokerage account or access to real customer trading capital.

Casual private sharing does not make a customer an affiliate. Repeated, commercial, paid or professional promotion may require acceptance into the separate Affiliate Programme and compliance with the Affiliate Program Agreement.

8. Refunds, reversals and abuse

A refunded, reversed, unpaid or fraudulent purchase is not a qualifying purchase. Nordfunded may pause or cancel a related reward where the underlying purchase is reversed or shown to be abusive. An ordinary good-faith consumer withdrawal or complaint by the referred trader will not be labelled fraud merely because it affects reward eligibility.

Where a reward challenge has already been used, Nordfunded will apply a proportionate remedy based on the evidence and will not demand payment for simulated losses.

9. Privacy and referral tracking

Referral records may include the referral code, referrer, referred account, masked contact information, qualifying purchase, reward status and technical evidence needed to prevent abuse. The visitor's referral cookie is optional and requires a choice before storage. More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Taxes and no employment relationship

The referrer is responsible for any personal tax or reporting obligation that applies to a reward. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, brokerage or authority to act for Nordfunded.

11. Review and complaints

A referral or reward decision may be challenged by emailing [email protected] with the account email, referral code, referred trader information you are lawfully able to provide, relevant dates and requested remedy. Nordfunded will review the attribution, purchase and reward records and provide the principal contractual reason for the outcome.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Latvian law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes apply prospectively and the accepted version is stored when the referrer activates a referral link in the trader dashboard.
